Just J lives with her husband T, an American Village Dog adopted from the Dominican Republic named Ozzie, and a retired working German Shepard named Hulk, in Alberta, Canada. Just J and T usually have at least one of their two boomerang adult children, the Girl and/or the Boy, living in their basement.
